Cocaine Rehabs in Washington
The Federal government seized 621.3 kilograms of cocaine in 2006. The Washington State Patrol Investigative Services Bureau reports that task forces have seized 71,641.9 grams of cocaine. Additionally, The Washington State Patrol Drug Control Assistance Unit seized another 997 grams of cocaine.
In 2006, 38% of the Federally-sentenced defendants in Washington were charged with drug offenses. 27.6% of these drug offenses involved cocaine.
The state of Washington reported that 37,317 residetns signed up for a drug and alcohol treatment program. Cocaine abuse accounted for 2,931 of those admittances.
